Returns and Refunds
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OR RETURN
To return a product, the User can proceed independently directly from their customer account, logging in with the email address used when placing the order. Once logged in, they can start the return process by following the instructions provided in the “My Orders” section. After submitting the request, they will receive further information via email.
Expiry of the withdrawal period:
- For the purchase of products and items, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the User or a third party – designated by the User and other than the courier – takes possession of the goods.
- In the event of the purchase of multiple goods ordered together but delivered separately or in the event of the purchase of a single product composed of different parts delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the User or a third party – appointed by the User and other than the courier – takes possession of the last of the products, components or pieces.
To be accepted, the item must be:
- It must not have been used, washed or worn, except for the test.
- It must not show signs of wear, stains, odors, alterations or damage of any kind.
- It must be returned with all original tags attached and in the original packaging as received.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
For customers within the European Union:
To request a return, you can do so yourself directly from your customer account by logging in with the email address used when placing the order. Once logged in, you can start the returns process by following the instructions in the dedicated section within the ‘My Orders’ section. Following the request, you will receive further information via email.
Packaging the Product: You must pack the product securely, including all original accessories, labels and manuals.
Sending the Return: You must send the parcel to the address below. We recommend using a trackable delivery service or insuring the parcel for its full value. The Company is not liable for lost returns, returns sent to addresses other than the one provided, or goods damaged or stolen during transit.
You have seven days from the date of authorisation by the Company to dispatch the return and must provide us with written notification, including the carrier used and the shipment tracking number.

The return and the corresponding refund will be processed within 14 working days of the date on which the return is received at our warehouse.

For all other customers outside the European Union:
Upon request via email, customers will receive prepaid DHL labels from rh+ customer service to proceed with the return.
The cost of return postage corresponds to the rate indicated in the “Shipping” section currently in force in your country and will be deducted from the refund amount. Any customs charges incurred by rh+ for the import of the return will also be deducted from the refund amount; we are unable to provide an estimate of these charges in advance.
Zero Industry accepts no liability for returns sent via couriers chosen independently by the customer, as these may be returned to the sender due to the lack of the necessary documentation for the relevant customs office. Return shipments must be marked with the Incoterm DDP (Delivery Duty Paid); rh+ will not handle import formalities for shipments with missing documentation or with an Incoterm other than DDP.
SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are under the customer’s responsibility. The goods must arrive cleared through customs at our warehouse with delivery duty paid Incoterm condition (DDP shipping). Zero Industry won’t refund any import and taxes fee which may arise.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days. If any discrepancies are found, you will be notified via email.
Unless the Owner has offered to collect the goods, the User is required to return them to the Owner or to another person authorized by the latter to receive them within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the contract.
The User is responsible for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from use of the goods other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
The right of return does not apply to orders relating to personalised Products such as, by way of example and not limited to, Products on which the Customer's initials are engraved and Products made on the basis of specific indications provided by the Customer on the Site.
