Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return one or more products within 14 days of delivery by following the return instructions or by writing to info@rhthelookofsport.com
Make sure that:
1 - The products to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
2 - The products must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer, i.e. maintaining the original packaging with adequate packaging.
3 - All labels on the garment, both in fabric and hanging or placed on the package, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.
4 - The goods to be returned must be physically delivered and solely to a courier or to the Italian post office no later than 14 working days from the date of delivery.
5 - The only costs payable by the consumer for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n.185 "Implementation of Directive 97/7/EC", are the direct costs of returning the goods to the sender.
In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, Zero Industry Srl reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.
Zero Industry Srl is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery.
If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made using the same payment method with which the order was originally paid, with the exception of the CASH ON DELIVERY payment method; in this case the credit will be made by bank transfer.
In full respect of the Customer's rights and to guarantee complete satisfaction, Zero Industry Srl undertakes to recognize the Customer's right of withdrawal, as provided for by Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n.185 "Implementation of Directive 97 /7/EC" relating to consumer protection in relation to distance contracts.
