WARRANTY

The Money Back Guarantee is always valid for all purchases and can be exercised according to the methods and terms set out in the following "Right of withdrawal".

We guarantee the products for 24 months (in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 206 of 2005 and following) and declare that the products delivered comply with those present and described in the online catalogue. Any obvious defects must be reported by the Customer in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 2005 art. 132.

PRICES

All prices entered on the site in the relevant column are prices including VAT. Prices may be changed at any time, without notice.

BILLING

Upon placing the order, the Customer will receive an invoice via email to the address provided. The issuing and sending of the invoice will be carried out after sending the order and not at the same time; the goods will be accompanied by the transport document.

The Customer can ask at the time of the order that the product be sent to an address different from the one indicated on the invoice. It will not be possible to see the shipping address on the invoice if it is different from the billing address.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Product availability is always indicated in the product catalog published on the site, the published products are almost always available in stock and therefore ready to be shipped within the following 48 hours.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the products purchased, he has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase of part or all of the goods covered by an order without any penalty and without the need to specify the reason, pursuant to of the art. 52 of Legislative Decree 21 of 21 February 2014. To withdraw from the purchase you must communicate this wish no later than 14 days from receipt of the purchased products. The communication must be made by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent to the address indicated below (Zero Industry srl, via Nazionale dei Giovi 251, 20823 Lentate sul Seveso (MB) Italy) or by email, fax or telegram, to be confirmed in the 48 hours later by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, sent to the same address, and must specify the products purchased, the relevant order number and the desire to withdraw from the purchase. The sales service will respond via e-mail or otherwise, if not possible, by email giving authorization to return the goods. The shipping of returned products is the responsibility of the customer and is free only via the courier's pre-printed and prepaid label which will be made available in the package together with the order received. The goods will be under our management only when they are physically delivered to our warehouse. Once we have received the products subject to the withdrawal, we will promptly, and in any case within 14 days of receiving the goods, refund the amount via the payment method used to place the order.

COMPLAINTS

Any complaints must be forwarded by email to info@rhthelookofsport.com or by registered letter sent to Zero Industry Srl, via Nazionale dei Giovi 251, 20823 Lentate sul Seveso (MB).

IMAGES, TEXTS, GRAPHICS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Registered trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners. It is expressly forbidden to reproduce or publish even partially the images, texts or graphics. Any unauthorized abuse will be reported and prosecuted in accordance with the laws in force.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, deriving from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the site, even for delayed and/or non-delivery of the product, nor for the correspondence of the goods to the published specifications on the site, nor for any other fact not directly attributable.

GUARANTEES AND RETURNS

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a Match reference in the order form to Zero Industry Srl VAT), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, without prejudice to what is indicated in the following points. To exercise this right, the customer must send Zero Industry Srl a communication to this effect, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

This communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to Zero Industry Srl, via Nazionale dei Giovi 251, 20823 Lentate sul Seveso (MB) Italy or by email to info@rhthelooksport.com

Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, the Zero Industry Srl Customer Service will quickly communicate to the customer the instructions on how to return the goods which must reach Zero Industry Srl within 14 days of authorization. The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

  • the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; partial withdrawal is possible where the buyer has purchased multiple products and intends to withdraw from only some of them;
  • the right does not apply to sealed products once opened;
  • the purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts;
  • to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to place it in a second box, indicating the words "RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL";
  • In all cases, affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original packaging of the product should be avoided;
  • in accordance with the law, the shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are borne by the customer, unless the pre-printed courier label provided by Zeroindustry is used in the package of the shipped order. In that case shipping will be free.
  • the shipment, until receipt is certified in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
  • in the event of damage to the goods during transport, Zero Industry Srl will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain the reimbursement of the value of the property (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request;
  • Zero Industry is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
  • upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the package and/or the original packaging are damaged, Zero Industry Srl will deduct a percentage from the refund due, in any case not exceeding 10% of the same, as a contribution to the restoration costs. Without prejudice to any restoration costs for confirmed damage to the original packaging, Zero Industry will refund the customer the entire amount already paid, within 14 days of the return of the goods, through a cancellation procedure of the amount charged. In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (ABI Code - CAB - Current Account of the invoice holder).
  • The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Zero Industry ascertains:
    • the lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
    • the absence of integral elements of the product;
    • damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Zero Industry will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This contract is regulated by the Italian law.

For anything not expressly provided here, the laws applicable to the relationships and cases provided for in this contract apply.

It is specified that, for civil disputes concerning sales contracts between the Customer and Zero Industry srl concluded through the website, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction belongs to the judge of the Customer's place of residence or domicile, where located. in the territory of the State

In all other cases, jurisdiction lies exclusively with the Court of Como.

The parties will submit all disputes arising from this contract or connected to it - including those relating to its interpretation, validity, effectiveness, execution and resolution - to attempted mediation in accordance with the provisions of the regulation of the Conciliation Service of the Chamber of Arbitration of Como which the parties expressly declare that they know and accept it in full. The parties undertake to resort to mediation before starting any arbitration or judicial proceedings.
