What are the payment methods?
You can pay by credit card via Credit Card, PayPal or by bank transfer by entering the following data: BANCA INTESA SAN PAOLO IBAN IT67 T030 6945 1301 0000 0012 595
Account holder: Zero Industry Srl; Reason: order number + purchase date.
The order will be processed once the payment is verified, usually within 5-6 working days.
How can I check orders already placed?
Orders already placed can be viewed in the personal area. By selecting MY ORDERS you can view the list of all purchased products.
How can I return an item?
You can contact our customer service via email info@rhthelookofsport.com or follow the return procedures in the orders area.
Why haven't I received my order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email yet?
Try checking your Spam folder. For any further support please contact our Customer Service.
How do I place an order on the rh+ shop?
To place an order on rh+ follow these steps:
- browse the site and choose the items that interest you and that you wish to buy.
- After clicking on the product and entering the item page, choose the color and size (if necessary) and click “Add to Cart”.
- Once you have added everything you are interested in to your cart, you can checkout.
- Click on “Cart” at the top right of the screen to see a summary of the selected items with their prices and you can now choose whether to continue shopping or proceed to payment by following the information you will find on the screen.
- If you want to continue shopping, repeat the operations explained up to this point. If you want to forward your order, remember to log in or register.
- When you have finished shopping, click on 'Cart' and 'Proceed', select the type of shipping and the payment method, check that all the information entered is correct and click on 'Proceed'.
You have now placed your order! You will be automatically redirected to the confirmation page where you will find your order number and an order confirmation email will also be sent to the email address registered on your rh+ account.
How are customs charges handled if I purchase from the USA, Canada, Switzerland, Andorra and the UK?
In compliance with current regulations and in the following countries where customs fees are expected (USA, Canada, Switzerland, Andorra and the United Kingdom) rh+ uses "Shopify tax services", through the Avalara app. This service is used to calculate the customs taxes calculated automatically at Shopify checkout in compliance with current regulations.
