Delivery times and order tracking
rh+ delivers to Italy, Europe and the USA via Fedex. Within 2 working days of registering the order payment, an email will be sent with the details to track the shipment and delivery of the package.
ITALY & EUROPE
The products will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment and delivery takes place within approximately 3 working days in most of the Italian peninsula; Delivery to Italian islands and other remote locations in Italy as well as throughout the rest of Europe generally takes around 5 working days and up to a maximum of 7 working days.
USA and CANADA
Products will be delivered within 5-8 business days in the United States, calculated from the day after your order is paid. Delivery to the West Coast USA and Canada occurs within 8 business days.
Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of purchase based on the order and spending thresholds.
- For deliveries in Italy, shipping is free over €150 spent.
- For deliveries to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain, UK, USA, Canada, shipping is free over €250 spent.
- Since USA/CA, UK, the Canary Islands (Spain), Ceuta and Melilla (Spain), Alan Island (Finland), Helgoland (Germany) are not part of the European Community, the goods go through customs so the amount paid by the recipient will be relating to customs duties payable by the customer.
